Produced from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes harvested from the hillside north of Verona. "Appassimento" refers to the process by which the grapes are dried for a few months before being pressed and vinified, in this case 30 days before vinification. Bright berry and black cherry aromas and a touch of spice. The palate has all of Valpolicella's appealing fresh cherry and ripe bramble fruit, with the weight and complexity of Appassimento wines. From a hillside near Montpellier, the clay soil and gravel give this Cabernet Sauvignon its finest expression. A part is matured in French oak, integrating the fine tannins with plush blackberry and plum. Suitable for vegans.

A tribute to the glaciers of the Andes mountain chain and to those brave explorers who try to conquer them, challenging their own limits. Their reward is this wine that makes them feel alive, the soul of the Andes in each glass. Intense deep red colour. Pleasant aroma of cassis and pepper, with soft notes of wood from the oak-ageing. An elegant wine with a smooth texture and body which is ideal with red meat and very mature cheese. Serve at 16 - 18 degrees C.

Ironstone rock brings earthy notes which give way to dried rose petal and vanilla butter intrigue. The palate is intense, tight, lengthy and exciting. A fresh and succulent entry pulls inward with firm, linear tannins driving the flavours long.

Seriously Old Dirt 2019 displays a brilliant, deep garnet-red colour. This wine delivers layers of fresh fruit on the nose; plum, black cherry, and blackberry along with warm notes of baking spice and vanilla pod. Subtle liquorice and seductive tobacco and hazelnut add a luxurious dimension. Flavours of ripe black cherry develop into lovely mineral notes, along with a lingering finish. Sumptuous and supple, with a line of acidity, giving elegance and balance. Though more firmly structured than recent predecessors, this vintage remains true to the essence of Seriously Old Dirt, with an approachable, youthful energy.

Nice nose of crushed berries. Black cherry, liquorice, elegant on the palate and well balanced. Round wine, good structure with elegant tannins on a finish with slightly oaky notes. The minerality that is specific to Tour St Christophe is well represented here. The property consists of 20 hectares on the appellation of Saint Emilion Grand Cru, ovelooking beautiful centuries-old dry stone terrasses on a clay-limestone terroir. The vineyards are planted at 1050m altitude. The grapes are carefully handpicked during harvest and their fermentation and ageing take place in concrete vat. Ruby colour with beautiful reflections. The nose is marked by delicate scents of morello cherries. The blend is balanced and subtle.

The Rina Russa is made from Frappato, a grape native to Sicily, in region of Vittoria in the South East of the island. An elegant red, which is full of delicious summer fruit flavours. In Sicily they drink it slightly chilled with grilled tuna!

The Queen of the Hive produces the bees that play a vital role in polinating the world's ecosystem. They are responsible for one third of the world's food supply. Bees only survive & thrive in chemical free environments, hence why these certified organic biodynamic estate vineyards in Mclaren Vale are home to so many bees and their powerful, tireless queen. This modern red blend of Shiraz, Tempranillo, Grenache and Mataro give an harmonious, medium-bodied, soft and juicy mouth feel with hints of cinnamon, plum, cherries, finished with silky tannins.

This is a somptuous and silky Cinsault made from grapes grown on bush vines that are between 50 and 200 years old. Ruby red with violet hues at the rim. Fresh and fruity with intense notes of wild berries and soft notes oF spices and country herbs. Smooth and elegant in the mouth with silky tannins. Pairs well with white meat, creamy cheese and cold appetisers.

Warm, open, sensuous nose with aromas of fresh red and dried fruits, brown spices and delicate floral notes. A wine of depth and class which will develop over 20 years or more. Perfect with a veal chop or good buttery pasta, also works well with rich fish dishes such as roast turbot.

The Taylors Pass Vineyard is located on the north bank of the Awatere River in Marlborough. With silty loam overlaying stony gravel, the vineyard consistently produces concentrated Pinot Noir fruit. This wine is perfumed with aromas of black cherry and plum and has a layered and textured palate.

Classy Rioja Reserva. Forest fruits married with cocoa, vanilla and hints of black pepper spice.

Round and full with excellent poise, the Big Top Old Vine Zinfandel is beautifully balanced, positively bulging with unforgettable fruit flavours.

This wine is the best expression of the character of the state and vineyards, made of several of the best plots with different soils and orientations of the local varieties, Garnacha Tintorera and Syrah varieties, so well adapted to the area. Vegan organic wine.

"Years ago when I was just starting out as a winemaker, it was almost unheard of to get French oak wine barrels and American oak barrels were for whiskey, not wine. But we still needed barrels to age our wine, so we purchased new and used bourbon barrels. Today, American and French oak wine barrels are commonplace, so the inspiration for 1000 Stories is a nod to the way things were. We have selected new and used bourbon barrels for these small batches of Zinfandel, which impart characteristics specific to these barrels: charred vanilla, dried herbs and a hint of caramel." This wine is made with a selection of the very best Nero d'Avola grapes which are grown in the Sicilan areas of Agrigento and Vittoria. Some of the grapes are partially dried before the vinification, giving a wine incredibly rich and concentrated.
