The clean, zippy fruit from the Sauvignon Blanc is complemented by the more luscious, exotic fruit flavours of the Rolle (otherwise known as Vermentino). The interwoven flavours deliver a wine of character that is fresh, crisp and a real delight to drink.

Expert vinification and rigorous grape selection, capture the fresh aromatics & flavours of this Blanc de Blancs from the southwest province of Gascogny. The aroma is gentle and yet generous in its fragrance; this natural off-dry sweetness gives the wine a medium body too; the flavour is fresh, smooth and well balanced.

Vinified from Grenache and Syrah grapes harvested in the Vaucluse area of the Southern Rhone. Instant first impressions are of a classic Rhone red, friendly and warming, ample sweet rich fruit adorned with that classic Rhone hallmark; spice of Grenache sprinkled with Syrah; lusciously textured fruit rounds the palate, making this an uncomplicated medium-bodied wine of character.

This luscious and textural blend is very much a food wine, rich currant flavours provided by Grenache and tangy raspberry and spice from Cinsault before a dry fresh finish

The nose of mulberries goes on to reveal redcurrant and blackcurrant aromas. There is an intriguing bitter-sweet character of creme de cassis with a touch of underlying parma violets. Extremely fine red fruit flavours fill the mouth, raspberries come to the fore and are backup up with a touch of buttery, chocolate-truffle richness. A beautifully balance wine. Delicious with steak and grilled meat as well as seared tuna.
