The nose of mulberries goes on to reveal redcurrant and blackcurrant aromas.  There is an intriguing bitter-sweet character of creme de cassis with a touch of underlying parma violets. Extremely fine red fruit flavours fill the mouth, raspberries come to the fore and are backup up with a touch of buttery, chocolate-truffle richness.  A beautifully balance wine.

Delicious with steak and grilled meat as well as seared tuna.
