The 2 varieties meld together to make a rose which is at once exuberantly fresh and tangy yet soft and smooth, laced with a gentle spice and brimming with the natural richness of ripe fruit. An easy drinking, intensely fruity rose with a dry finish which is refreshingly more-ish and fantastic both with and without food. Best served chilled.

The clean, zippy fruit from the Sauvignon Blanc is complemented by the more luscious, exotic fruit flavours of the Rolle (otherwise known as Vermentino). The interwoven flavours deliver a wine of character that is fresh, crisp and a real delight to drink.
