According to the legend the appellation Piquepoul grapes are so sweet and delicious that chickens often tried to steel the fruits.  With a lovely pale crystalline green robe, this wine offers a fine and pleasant nose with aromas of acacia and hawthorn flowers.  Elegant on the palate, it is perfectly balanced between acidity and structure.  To be enjoyed alongside seafood, Mediterranean cuisine or cheeses.
