A very harmonious sparkling from the Loire with a complex nose of red fruits and delicate aromas.

The nose of mulberries goes on to reveal redcurrant and blackcurrant aromas. There is an intriguing bitter-sweet character of creme de cassis with a touch of underlying parma violets. Extremely fine red fruit flavours fill the mouth, raspberries come to the fore and are backup up with a touch of buttery, chocolate-truffle richness. A beautifully balance wine. Delicious with steak and grilled meat as well as seared tuna.

A heady blend of 60% Grenache,30% Syrah and just 10% Mouvedre. Chateau Fargueirol Chateauneuf du Pape is a vibrant and spicy Rhone red wine. Elegance and class are the name of the game, with an incredible aromatic profile of ripe black cherry and peppery garrigue in a nicely balanced, structured body, wrapped in silky seductive tannins.

This is a traditional Chateuneuf du Pape with ripe black fruit aromas balanced by lightly herbal, oaky notes. The palate is generous with dark plum and black cherry characters and plump textured tannins balancing the significant 15% alcohol, which is expertly managed and integrated. Try with traditional road lamb, lentil and vegetable moussaka and any rich hot-pot that heavily features aromatic herbs.

Sourced from classic Loire grape varieties, Grolleau and Gamay, grown on very typical terroirs of clay and sand. The wine is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve its bright, fragrant fruit before being bottled in March after harvest. Watermelon pink, with summer pudding aromas on the nose. The medium-dry palate has red apple, some perfumed white peach with a balancing, refreshing acidity on the finish. Don't knock it, try it! A lovely aperitif or brilliant with any kind of spicy Indian or Asian cuisines.
