The Gil family have been growing Monastrell grapes for over 3 generations on the highest slopes of Jumilla. The Monastrell bush vines are adapted to this extreme continental climate in the area and produce wonderfully concentrted Monastrell. A rich deep cherry colour with aromas of dark black forest fruits, sweet spices and hints of smoke and anise. Full-bodied with good structure and balance, soft, juicy tannins and a long elegant finish. Vegetarian- Vegan.

Natureo is the fruit of much research, placing Torres at the forefront of high quality de-alcoholised wine since 2008. Made from Garnacha and Syrah, the wine is fermented and barrel aged in French oak. Then the alcohol is carefully removed, thus preserving its full aroma and flavour. A perfect match with pasta dishes and roasts.

Balance of cherry, redcurrant and brambles with the toasty richness of oak. Textbook!
