Vineyard:  The La Escultura  Estate in the Casablanca Valley, where gentle sunshine ensures perfect ripeness while cool sea breezes preserve good levels of acidity.  Winemaking:  The grapes were carefully selected for noble rot and hand picked late in the season.  A portion was oak aged for additional complexity.  Character: Intense citrus heightens aromas of apricots, honey and elegant foral notes.  Serve:  chilled after dinner or as an aperitif with blue cheese.
