Made from the Bayanshira grape in the Shirvan wine making region of the Caucasus Mountain in Azerbaijan. The fragrance is delicate, floral with hints of flowering acacia, jasmine, green apricot, peach, grapefruit.  When bottle-aged, light aromas of dried apricot and vanilla appear.  The taste is harmonious, enveloping,  with a pleasant sourness and hints with hints of green apricot, yellow grapefruit and lemon.  Long aftertaste with floral shades.
