Negroamaro Wine

Aiosa in colloquial Italian means "plentiful" and this wine has much to offer in flavour and complexity! This limited production red wine hails from Primitivo and Negroamaro grapes grown in Puglia, Southern Italy. The reduced yields and late harvest results in grapes that are concentrated in aromas and flavours. Enjoy!

Aromas of plums, wild stawberries and black pepper. The palate is full-bodied with hints of licorice and nutmeg, well -balanced tannins and a long and persistent finish. Ideal with meat, poultry, cheese, pizza and most pasta dishes.

The colour of the Negroamaro reminds of the darkness of the night. Intense, deep and inviting - even mysterious. It is produced only in the best vintages from the oldest vines. Its elegance and complexity will seduce you and lead to relaxation and reflection, just like the nights in Salento!
