Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC Caparrone 2023

Juicy sour cherry, soft tannins and lip-smaking acidity combine to give an unusually fine example of Montepulciano. The quality of the fruit takes this casual dining classic to a new level. Beautifully violet with aromas of black cherry and plum. Full flavoured damson and blackcurrant fruit on the palate with hints of white pepper, balanced by fresh acidity and tannins.
