This Prosecco pays homage to Italian Federico Martinotti who in 1895, developed Metodo Martinotti, a natural tank fermentation method now adopted for the production of Prosecco.  This wine has all the hallmarks of a classic Prosecco, citrus and green apple aromas lead to a lively yet delicate palate of zesty fruit, followed by a clean, refreshing finish.  Suitable for Vegans.
