Fei Tswei Winery planted its 82.4 hectares vineyard in 2013 among the fames eastern foothills of th Helan Mountain in ningxia. The vineuard has an elevation up to 1.162 metres above sea level. At this high altitude the vines capture sunlight to produce fully ripened grapes. Fei Tswei Winery only makes wines from grapes grown in its own vineyard and has fully adopted organic methods and hand harvesting. Lifting and welcoming layers of ripe, juicy red berries on the nose and on the palate. Juicy and fresh and bright with gentle tannins and a touch of savouriness and spice on the finish. An engaging wine with structure and depth but also quite fun because of its quirky and unusual blend of grapes varities.

This bright salmon wine shows a delicate and rich aroma of grapefruits, peaches and strawberries, while citrus flavour develop on the palate, with slight hints of intriguing herbaceous in the end. Lively acidity makes the wine feeling fresh with a light fruity body and a lasting smooth aftertaste.
