At Esk Valley they craft unique wines using traditional methods and local knowledge to bring out the best of every vintage.  This Merlot based blend was crafted from grapes grown in the stony soils of the Gimblett Gravels.  It was traditionally fermented in open topped fermenters, then aged for 12  months in French oak barriques.  A full bodied wine displaying blackcurrant, plums and spice.
