A characterful dry wine made from the traditional fiano grape variety.  The Sicilian sun ripens the grapes perfectly, which combined with crisp citrus acidity, gives the wine a lovely balance.  Fresh and floral with touches of honey, Miopasso fiano is perfect chilled as an aperitif and wonderful with a plate of seafood.
